Our Role
In 2008, a governing body was formed to manage the operations of Holland Home, Faith Hospice, Reliance Community Care Partners, and Trillium Institute. This governing body, now known as Trillium Living, provides management, human resources, and operations leadership for each organization. As a locally owned and operated nonprofit in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Trillium Living is truly a part of the community we serve.

Our History
Our organization started with a simple desire: to answer God’s calling to help people in our community. Over 130 years ago, we offered shelter to eight elderly church members, and today, that has grown to serve the living and care needs of thousands of aging adults across our community. Through it all, our mission has remained the same, and our purpose has become more apparent and more critical with each milestone.
